Return & Exchange Policy (Inside Kuwait)
Custom-made pieces are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is an error in the order (such as wrong color, different fabric, or different design).
Error in Fabric, Color, or Design
Communication will be done via WhatsApp messages to arrange collection of the item and a full refund.
Error in Requested Size
Communication will be done via WhatsApp messages. The customer must send a clear photo of the item with a measuring tape showing the size issue. After that, the item will be collected and adjusted within the specified time.
Return & Exchange Policy (Outside Kuwait)
Same policy as inside Kuwait, with the difference being in the method of returning the shipment:
First: Communication is handled via WhatsApp to clarify the issue.
Second: Once the issue is confirmed, the item will be shipped via DHL to the same address it was originally sent from.
Third: The shipping invoice must be photographed and sent via WhatsApp so it can be included with the full refund.
Note: The refund may take up to 7 working days to be deposited into the bank account.
